Choice of Vegetable has morphed also into selections such as Mexicali Corn or Broccoli with Cheese Sauce.

FlavorTrak Reports are updated two times per year as new menu data is collected from school menus. Trend reports examine changes in select criteria comparing data from Spring and Fall menus for the last two years.
